The building construction will be approximately 23,600 sqm BTA and will be constructed at Gardermoen in Ullensaker municipality. Construction work starts after the holidays and the project will be completed in 18 months.

The entire property is 6 hectares, with a warehouse building of 20,000 sqm with automated solutions and other adaptations for goods and goods flow, 2,600 sqm of cold storage for small machines/equipment, and 25,000 sqm outdoors for the storage of machines.
