Huddinge Anodes 2 and 5 house an industrial building with a lettable area of 8,300 sqm. The building, which consists of warehouse, production and office space, is fully let to a tenant. The remaining contract duration is five years.

"We continue to expand in Stockholm and establish ourselves with this acquisition in a new attractive submarket in southern Stockholm. Flemingsberg is a very interesting area that is facing great development and growth," says Corem's CEO Eva Landén.

The acquisition is made as a company acquisition to an underlying property value of approximately SEK 133 million. Planned access day is 31 August 2020.
