"I have worked for 35 years in various positions since the establishment of the company. I have been the company's founder, principal owner and CEO. In recent years, we have grown strongly, but the last two years have been challenging due to consequences of growth. As the company’s situation stabilises, it will be time to find new energy for Lehto's next stage of development. My skills and passion relate to reforming construction, especially modular wooden construction. From next year, I will be focussing on that full time in the company,” says CEO Hannu Lehto.

Juuso Hietanen will come to Lehto from the position of Managing Director of Bonava Finland. Prior to that, he held management positions in housing production at NCC since 2004 in Finland, Russia and the Baltic countries. Juuso Hietanen has a master's degree in engineering.
