Lumo Kodit Oy has signed a contract with JM Suomi Oy to build 101 apartments next to the Mall of Tripla and the entrances to the train station in Pasila, Helsinki. At its highest, a 12-storey apartment building with underground parking facilities will be constructed at Tenderinlenkki 6 in Pasila. Tripla’s wide range of services and the train station serve city dwellers who appreciate easy and high-quality living.
The new apartments will include singles as well as two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in the winter 2023.
“The new Lumo apartments support Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Kojamo’s strategy is to invest heavily in increasing the housing supply in Finland’s growth centres, where the demand for rental apartments is on the rise due to urbanisation and the increased popularity of rental housing. Kojamo currently has about 2,500 apartments under construction,” says Ville Raitio, Kojamo’s Chief Investment Officer.
