The property was acquired for a consideration of DKK 58 million from the seller, Pitzner. The site is 55,000 m² and the lettable area amounts to approximately 6,300 m².

Baldersbuen 5 is between Taastrup and Roskilde, with a good logistics location with quick access to all of Greater Copenhagen. GSV Materialudlejing A/S currently operates out of the property and has signed a new ten-year lease with Wihlborgs starting 1 January 2021.

The property was fully let on the date of possession, 1 October 2020. Wihlborgs will demolish and renovate some buildings, and build new ones on the property. On 1 January 2021, the annual rental value will amount to DKK 5 million and the yield is estimated at 8 percent.

We focus on properties with good transportation links, exactly like Baldersbuen 5, where also the tenant is interesting in a long-term perspective ,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
