The shopping center developed by Skanska Finland will have around 24,000 square meters of rentable space. The extensive selection of shops will concentrate on fashion, sports and leisure.

There will also be a wide variety of restaurants available. The underground floor of the two-storey shopping center will contain a parking hall for 600 cars and 110 bicycles.

Construction of the shopping center will begin immediately and the project is expected to be completed in September 2017.
