Regenero Acquires Office Building in Espoo

Finland — Regenero Oy, a joint venture of YIT and property development company HGR Property Partners, has acquired the Niittyportti 4 office property in Espoo.

The building has previously been occupied by insurance company If, who moved to another building in Espoo, Keilaniemi redeveloped by Regenero. The building comprises 15,600 sqm of lettable space.

The transaction price was not disclosed.
