Solna Haga is an office property with a net area of approximately 60,000 sqm of which 42,000 sqm is leasable. 34,000 sqm of the area is office spaces; the rest is conference, restaurant and exercise facilities.
 
The property is located approximately seven kilometers north of Stockholm’s inner city, along the E4 towards Arlanda and constitutes a large part of the Royal National City Park.
 
Solna Haga was constructed in 1988 as the headquarters for Sas, who is still a tenant today. Sas’ contract ends in 2023.

Our opinion is that there are other investors with better possibilities to develop the property compared to us, and that is why we have carried through the divestment” says KLP Eiendom’s CEO Gunnar Gjørtz.
 
Mengus will take possession in April 2016.
