In Jönköping, Emilshus has acquired an industrial warehouse property with a lettable area of 19,400 square meters. The property will be leased by ROL AB with a contract period of 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 12.3 million.

In Gislaved, Emilshus has acquired an industrial warehouse property with a lettable area of 5,200 square meters. The property will be leased by Formteknik i Gislaved AB with a contract period of 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 3.2 million.

In Växjö, Emilshus has acquired an office warehouse property with a lettable area of 1,800 square meters.

The properties will be taken over during the first and second quarters of 2021.
