Swedish Logistic Property has acquired and taken over another warehouse and logistics facility in Malmö. The property Flygstationen 1, which was originally built as part of the Bulltofta airport, is located in direct connection to the Inner Ring Road and therefore has good access to both E6 and E22.

The property has a lettable area of approximately 9,000 square meters. The largest tenant is the building materials trade Optimera and other tenants include the Swedish Transport Administration and Formo. The average rental duration is just over 7.5 years. The transaction is made in the form of a company.

"The property has a very good logistics location near Malmö City and will be a nice addition to SLP's growing portfolio. In addition to the property already initially giving a good return, we also see that there is good future development potential for us to work with," says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
