Glevén has a background as a senior partner at EQT where he has been active for 15 years in positions such as Head of Nordics and Head of North America at EQT Infrastructure.

"I’m delighted and proud to welcome Stefan to Slättö. Our team is growing continuously, and we are on our way to becoming a leading Nordic manager of alternative investment funds within our chosen investment strategies. Stefan's experience in private equity is obvious given his background, but perhaps even more important than the business itself, he adds 15 years of experience in how to build and develop a world-leading company with a team driven by strong values. This is inspiring and I really look forward to collaborating with Stefan during Slättö's continued journey," comments Johan Karlsson, Managing Partner and founder of Slättö.

"I have followed Slättö for some time now and have been very impressed by the work Johan and his team have done. Slättö is a fantastic platform for continued growth, not only in real estate but also within new strategies. I am really looking forward to work with the level," says Stefan Glevén, incoming Chairman of the Board.

Retiring chairman, Per Berggren, who has been chairman since 2016, will transfer to a role as industrial advisor and will continue to be a partner and investor in Slättö's funds.

"I really want to thank Per for invaluable help over the past five years. During his time as Chairman of the Board, Slättö has grown from a small housing developer to managing more than SEK 10 billion in multiple funds with differing investment strategies. Without him, that development would not have been possible," comments Johan Karlsson.

The election of a new chairman is conditional on the customary approval by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Re-election of the remaining members of the Board; Ann Grevelius, Jan Litborn, Ulrika Danielsson, Georg Ehrnrooth and Magnus Meyer are expected AGM on May 5.
