Pelli also has acquired consulting experience from his time at Pöyry. Antti will be transferring to JLL from Pareto Securities, where he worked as a partner responsible for Pareto’s real estate investments in Finland. At Pareto, Antti was representing e.g., Fleming Properties Ab when they bought SOK’s headquarters in Vallila for EUR 130 million and Origa Care Ab as they bought a care property portfolio for EUR 50 million.
