Prologis Park Arlanda has nearly 130,000 square meters of existing logistics space in five buildings owned and managed by Prologis. The 7,500 square meter expansion of Arlanda City DC1, to be finished around the end of the year, will make the park’s development complete.

“We are currently fully leased,” says Gunnar Gillholm, country manager Prologis Nordics. “With this project, we can meet some of the demand for modern logistics spaces in this attractive area.”

The logistics park is in the perfect location: 5 kilometers from Arlanda Airport and only 30 minutes from central Stockholm. Proximity to the E4 highway, the rail network and the airport are also key factors in the area's attractiveness.

Prologis strives to lead the industry in sustainable development with buildings designed to minimize waste, as well as energy and water use. Park Arlanda DC6 will be built to BREEAM “Very Good” standards, and the project’s carbon footprint will be offset through the Cool Earth organization, which protects endangered rainforests.
