The floor area, 7,000 square metres comprises of offices and laboratory facilities. Additionally, there is still significant amount of unused building rights in the plot.

The fully leased premises are occupied e.g. by Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, Finnish Institute for Welfare and Health, The municipality of Oulu, The University of Oulu, the regional hospital district and Esko Systems.
