This was the highest volume during January-March in the Finnish property market in eight years, and the second highest quarterly volume in 2010s. The volume exceeded clearly the Q1 volumes recorded in two previous years, EUR 490 and 660 million, respectively. Retail properties were the most traded property type in Q1/2016, accounting for 47 percent of total volume, followed by office properties (32 percent). The share of foreign investors amounted to 24 percent of the total volume.
Q1 Transactions Volume Reached Almost EUR 1.8 billion
