BVK Enters the Finnish Residential Property Market

Finland — Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) entered the Finnish property market by acquiring a 18,781 sqm residential property portfolio from Tapiola KR IV Ky property fund.

The portfolio comprises altogether 356 apartments in seven residential buildings, all of which are located in the Helsinki region. The transaction price was approx. EUR 80 million. CapMan Real Estate acted as advisor to BVK and will continue to manage the portfolio. This was one of the first foreign investments in the Finnish residential market.

CBRE advised the seller, LocalTapiola Group.
