The acquisition took place as a corporate transaction and refers to the Svedala 29: 1 and Svedala 29: 2 properties. The acquisition is conditional on the zoning plan coming into force, which is expected to take place in early 2024.

The area is attractively located close to central Svedala and the E65, and is less than a kilometre from Svedala station where the regional train system Pågatågen takes about 20 minutes to reach Malmö.
