Janne Eriksson has led Cushman & Wakefield Finland for eight years. According to him, this an excellent moment to give room for new thinking and the new division of responsibilities will enhance our opportunities for further business growth.
"In my new role, I will focus on looking for business opportunities where we most certainly have a lot more to offer. I believe we have a number of potential growth areas and my own extensive experience will be best utilized, when I can fully focus on discovering these ideas. I will continue to be actively involved in the management of the company," says Janne Eriksson.
Juuso Pietilä, who has worked for the company for four years, will start as the new Managing Director on the 20th of October. Janne Eriksson says that he is happy to hand over the position to Pietilä, who already has excellent knowledge of both the business and the personnel of the company.
"We will continue to work in close cooperation with Janne in the future and I am confident that the division of roles will help us to grow and further develop our own operations and at the same time the entire industry. We have a key role, for example, in enhancing the commercial real estate market and in facilitating urban development, and we want to constantly become better in these areas," says Juuso Pietilä.
