The first agreement totals 11,500 sqm in Östra Hamnen, three kilometres north of central Malmö, and is with INR (Iconic Nordic Rooms), a Swedish premium bathroom retailer. The new agreement sees INR renew its existing lease of 8,000 sqm and take an additional 3,500 sqm in an adjoining building. Mileway acquired the property earlier this year and as part of the agreement will be upgrading the premises with LED lighting and new flooring, as well as upgrading the office, canteen and showroom areas.
The second agreement sees another existing customer, SVEA Renewable Solar, which is the largest solar PV installer in Sweden and a fast-growing company. They will take an additional 1,600 sqm just north of Gothenburg, along the highway E6. After the extension, the company will lease a total of 3,500 sqm from Mileway.
The third agreement sees The Crosby Group, the global lifting, rigging, and material handling equipment group, increase its premises in Växjö to a total 16,000 sqm by taking all remaining space available at the property Krysspricken 2 (c.2,500 sqm). This means the property is now fully let to a single customer on a 10-year lease.

“Our focus is on helping our customers grow by providing them with space that connects them to the communities they serve. These new agreements show that across Sweden, and across industries, businesses are looking for more space to meet the increasing demand for their services or goods. To be able to support that by providing flexible high-quality premises is fantastic.”
