"A committed and inspiring leader who is perfectly suited for the task," says Nordr's Chairman of the Board Andreas Oulie.

With almost 20,000 homes under development in Sweden and Norway, Nordr is one of the leading housing developers in Scandinavia. The former head of the housing developer Solon, Andreas Martinussen, is now employed as the new CEO of the company.

"Nordr is one of the most exciting housing developers in Scandinavia and continues to have great potential. Nordr is rare, as it is a young company with a long history, with the walking spirit and enthusiasm of a younger company and the experience and knowledge of a well-established player," says Andreas Martinussen.

Nordr was formed in 2020 when Norwegian Property ASA, Union Real Estate Fund II Holding AS, Fredensborg Bolig AS and Fredensborg AS bought the housing development parts in Sweden and Norway from the Veidekke Group.

Nordr's Chairman of the Board Andreas Oulie believes that Martinussen is the right person at the right time.

"We are very pleased to have Andreas Martinussen in the team. He is a committed and inspiring leader, has solid industry experience and matches the owners' ambitions for Nordr," says Oulie.

Andreas Martinussen has been involved in building up the housing developer Solon during two different periods. He also has experience from Fredensborg Fritid, a company in the Fredensborg Group. He will take over from Pål Aglen, who has been acting CEO. Aglen will continue as CEO of Northern Norway when Martinussen is in place. The time for the latter's access will be determined shortly.
