Wihlborgs Lets Office Space to the City of Malmö

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed a 10 year lease with the City of Malmö in the <br /> property Uven (formerly the Riksbankshuset) opposite the City Hall in Malmö. The property, of around 7,500 sqm will be modernised and adapted to the tenant’s activities and is expected to be ready for occupancy in January 2017. <br />

The tenants will include the Preschool Committee and Malmö Trade and Industry Agency who are moving into Lugna gatan when Länsförsäkringar moves to the Gängtappen property in Dockan this summer. During the renovation, the Malmö Trade and Industry Agency, whose offices are currently located in the building, will move to one of Wihlborgs properties in Norra Vallgatan.
