Nyfosa Makes EUR 200 Million Acquisition from Partners Group

Finland — Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, has sold the majority of its Finnish holdings in the Sveafastigheter Fersen and Sveafastigheter Fersen II structures to Nyfosa. The transaction entails 43 properties across multiple cities, including Turku, Jyväskylä and the Helsinki region. The price amounted to approximately EUR 200 million.

The portfolio contains approximately 222 000 square meters of predominantly office, retail and public-use assets. To date, approximately 87 percent of the area is leased with an average remaining contract period of 4.7 years. Brunswick Real Estate has managed the portfolio on behalf of Partners Group and its clients since 2015.
