Estea has begun extensive adaptations that will provide Aventure with state-of-the-art offices and labs including a pilot hall for food development.

"We are pleased to have the continued trust from Aventure. The Forskaren building is strategically located in the heart of Medicon Valley, one of the larger life science clusters in the world, one hour from Copenhagen and six minutes from Lund central station with the new tramway," says Anna Smith, Portfolio Manager at Estea AB.

"Together with Estea, we have had the opportunity to create premises where we can continue to grow and develop. Here we will have a pilot hall for the development of good and healthy food as well as premises to do our own clinical studies," says Olof Böök, Vice President of Aventure.

The property Forskaren, formerly known as the "Active Biotech" house, is owned by a fund managed by Estea AB and includes a rentable area of a total of approximately 13,300 sqm. Since the acquisition in 2019, Estea has developed the premises to create a hub for life science, with good opportunities for collaboration and informal meetings. The Forskaren property comprises a large share of laboratory premises and flexible areas to meet the needs of both smaller and fast-growing companies as well as established players.
