Henrik Bauer will be strategically and operationally responsible for the Transaction, Valuation and Analysis Department within the Business Development Team at Fabege, and will identify business opportunities in the market, thereby realising value and creating opportunities for continued growth.

Henrik Bauer joins the company at a time when it is particularly important to be able to monitor and understand developments in the business environment in terms of interest rates, access to finance, yield requirements, market rents and cost trends relating to energy and construction, as well as predicting which locations, products and services will be in demand in the rental market. One of Henrik Bauer’s tasks will therefore be to develop the department into an even more pronounced knowledge centre for market data at Fabege.

Henrik Bauer will start his new role in June 2022.
