Stendörren Fastigheter has entered into an agreement, via a company, for the sale of the industrial property Eskilstuna Kälby 1:55. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 195 million, which exceeds the most recent market valuation by SEK 5 million. Buyer also the only tenant in the property is Alfa Laval. The property is located in the Vilsta industrial area and the total lettable area amounts to 19,682 square meters.

Resignation will take place on December 30, 2022.
