The acquired properties, Veddesta 1:21, Veddesta 2:29 and Veddesta 2:55, cover 6,652 sqm of leasable area consisting of office and business premises. The properties are estimated to have the possibility of developing approximately 450 rental units with expected production start in 2028. The transaction will be recorded in Q2 2022 as acquisition of project property within the JM Property Development business segment.
