Wanda raises SEK 63 million in new investment round from European real estate giant and green investment fund.

The circular logistics and technology company Wanda secures an investment of SEK 63 million and welcomes new owners in the form of Norselab, a leading Norwegian investment fund, and Fredensborg, the main owner of Heimstaden.

"Now we are aiming for new markets and broadening our offering to change the market faster," says Lars Syse Christiansen, CEO and co-founder of Wanda.

Wanda gives people in cities easier, cheaper and more flexible access to space. At the same time, it makes it easier for people to extend the life of the things they already own by providing services for maintenance, repair and sharing. The company is now raising capital to further develop its own technology, broaden its offering and expand in Europe.

Norselab leads the round and Fredensborg AS also joins as a new investor; both pioneers in their respective fields. Norselab recently launched its second growth fund "Meaningful Equity ll" where the goal is to invest in fast-growing companies with a positive climate impact and Fredensborg is one of northern Europe's leading players in residential properties for private individuals.

"This is a perfect match for us at Wanda. Norselab and Fredensborg are two strong additions that with their experience, network and expertise will give us a strong boost when it comes to product development even more towards the circular and expand in Sweden and Europe," says Emmy-Lou Ferreira Dos Santos, CEO at Wanda in Sweden.

All existing owners, including Proventure, Obos and Bring Ventures, remain and invest again with significant capital in this round as well.
