Kojamo has agreed on a transaction whereby Lumo Kodit Oy, a subsidiary of Kojamo, will buy 43 rental apartments in Töölö, Helsinki. Asunto Oy Helsingin Apollonpuisto has just been renovated, offering high-quality apartments. The apartments are located at Minervankatu 4, which is in the best area of Etu-Töölö, close to services and transport links, yet private and peaceful, next to Apollonpuisto park. High-quality renovated studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments are ideal for those who appreciate high-quality interior design choices.

Kojamo has also agreed with Varte Oy on a transaction whereby Lumo Kodit Oy will buy 98 apartments in Pähkinärinne, Vantaa. The green area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, shopping centres, a day care centre, a school and good transport links. The apartments include studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. There are plenty of parking spaces available in the parking facility, as well as charging stations for electric cars. The building of the apartments in Pähkinärinne will begin in the summer of 2022 and will be completed by the end of 2023.

The apartments are well in line with Kojamo's strategy and strengthen Kojamo's housing portfolio in the most central areas of Capital region.
