Stenhus Fastigheter has entered into agreements for the sale of the properties Backa 27: 1, 27:48, 31: 1, 31: 2, the plot right Backa 866: 771 and the lease Backa 766 : 723 all in Gothenburg and a property Jordbromalm 2: 2 in Haninge.
The properties are classified at Stenhus in the warehouse / light industry / logistics segment. The estimated total operating net from the Properties amounts to SEK 17.3 million. Buyer is a Swedish private limited company. The sale is conditional on financing and is carried out as a company transaction. The properties have Sortera as the largest tenant and in total they cover 16,431 sqm. The properties are transferred for a total agreed value of SEK 306 million, which is slightly higher than the properties' book value at Stenhus. Withdrawal is expected to take place during Q3 2022.
"With this transaction, Stenhus is leaving Gothenburg and the divestment is part of the streamlining of the property portfolio that Stenhus is carrying out prior to the merger with Randviken," says Elias Georgiadis, CEO of Stenhus Fastigheter.
