The acquisition means that Lansa Fastigheter has grown in two years to now manage and develop a total of 395 rental apartments in Västerås.

"Kungsljuset is a fantastically fine property that we are delighted to now be able to take over. Lansa is a long-term owner and we will manage the property so that the tenants continue to enjoy and be proud to live in Kungsljuset," says Claes Malmkvist, CEO at Lansa Fastigheter.

Kungsljuset 2 is located in the Gideonsberg area, just north of the center of Västerås. The property was originally a school which, through a comprehensive renovation, was converted into 56 homes and a larger premises with a preschool. The rentable area amounts to just over 4,000 square meters.

"It feels good to sell to Lansa Fastigheter, a property company with good fundamentals. We are convinced and feel secure that Lansa will manage the Kungsljuset property in the best way," says Nicklas Ericsson, CEO at Imperia Fastigheter.
