Victoria Park and Nordhalla now initiate an exclusive Due Diligence process with the ambition of signing a final deal during September and access in December 2016.

Nordhalla plans on acquiring approximately 1,000 apartments with an area of approximately 60,000 sqm located in the Teleborg district and apartments on the Linné University campus in Växjö.

Victoria Park plans on acquiring close to 900 apartments with an area of approximately 70,000 sqm located in the Norr district as well as Araby.

Nordhalla is owned by Alecta, Heimstaden, Ericssons Pensionsstiftelse and Sandvikens Pensionsstiftelse.
