Humlegården currently owns 59 properties in the Stockholm area, with a value of approximately SEK 40.6 billion. The company has a strong focus on active property management and development, with the goal of creating attractive locations and properties with a relevant and interesting customer offer.
In the role of Asset Manager, John Forselius will be responsible for Humlegården's property portfolio and lead the company's business area team. He has worked with both offices and commerce as well as housing and comes most recently from his own consulting business, where Humlegården has been one of the clients. Prior to that, he was active at Newsec as assignment manager for Folksam's property portfolio. He has also worked at Evidensgruppen, as CEO of Dombron, now Rikshem, as well as at Vasakronan and AP Fastigheter. The new assignment will be assumed on 1 October 2022.
