Anneli Jansson has a solid background within the real estate business, from investments and finance to leasing, retail and urban development.
Today Anneli Jansson is the head of Grosvenor Fund Management’s Nordic business where she has been active since 2012. Prior to that she has worked at KF Fastigheter, Vision & Resurs Fastighetsutveckling, Ernst & Young and AGL.
Humlegården Fastigheter has had a very positive development through the years and today has a very stable and strong position. 2015 the company had their best results so far. Humlegården’s stated focus on architecture and sustainability remains, as well as the objective to increase property assets, from the current approximately SEK 17 to 20 billion (€1.77 to €20.9 billion) in 2020.
