Sweden — Catella's Head of Research, Arvid Lindqvist, shared a gloomy picture of the economy in general and the real estate sector in particular at Nordic Property News' seminar Stora Bostadsdagen. He expects continued losses on the stock market for a while longer, at the same time that the companies weighted towards rental housing are facing a particularly challenging time.
