Listed property investor Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus has bought three office properties in Jyväskylä from an unnamed international property investment company.
Two of the properties are located in the vicinity of the Jyväskylä city centre, while the third property is located in the university campus in Mattilanniemi. The total leasable area of the properties is approx. 6,300 sqm, and the transaction price amounted to EUR 4.1 million.
The current occupancy rate of the portfolio is approx. 70%.
