Elo Purchases 1,800 Apartments

Finland — Elo purchases 1,800 apartments from YH Kodit. The apartments are located in Åbo and Tammerfors and surrounding municipalities. The divestment does not affect the residents.

The seller YH Kodit will use the divestment money to develop 2,500 new apartments in the same cities.

“There is a severe lack of cheap apartments in Åbo and Tammerfors” says Janne Tuominen, CEO at YH.
