Both of Fastator's holding companies Företagsparken and Nordic PM are growing. Joakim Orthén has built the Business Park from SEK 0 to SEK 6.5 billion and the company recently carried out an aggressive cash issue of SEK 900 million at net value per share. Now Andreas Eneskjöld takes over for further growth. At the same time, Joakim Orthén takes up a position as growth manager at Nordic PM.

"It is safe and at the same time challenging to come to a well-set table. I look forward to further growth with the existing team. Strong owners and good cash registers are nice to have behind you, but the people are just as important. There is a top gang here," comments Andreas Eneskjöld.
