TIAA Henderson Real Estate Sells Retail Park in Sweden

Sweden — TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) has sold the Swedish retail park Ingelsta Markn, on behalf of its German joint venture - Warburg-Henderson. The park has been acquired by Niam for €30 M.

The asset, formally held in the Warburg - Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 1, was sold as part of the Fund’s scheduled divestment.

The Ingelsta Markn retail park is situated in the Swedish town of Norrköping, about 180 km south of Stockholm.

Spread over two adjoining plots, it has a GLA of c. 20,000 sqm. Tenants include the Swedish furniture and home interior accessories chain MIO, the electronics store MediaMarkt, the sporting goods store XXL Sports and toy chain Toys "R" Us.
