The property consists of two high standard buildings, fully let to a mix of strong tenants.

With the acquisition, Areim expands its warehouse and light industry portfolio to include around 50 properties with a total lettable area of almost 185,000 sqm in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg. The portfolio also contains a significant volume of unused building rights and ongoing new production.
