Areim Acquires Property in Gothenburg

Sweden — Areim has acquired a warehouse and office property with a total of approx. 9,300 square meters of lettable space in the Sävedalen Industrial Area in Partille municipality. Through the acquisition, Areim expands its portfolio in the warehouse and light industry segment in Gothenburg after the first acquisition in September 2022. The seller is L-Å Eveberg Fastighetsutveckling AB.

The property consists of two high standard buildings, fully let to a mix of strong tenants.

It feels exciting to continue our growth and investment in the warehouse and light industry segment and fun to be able to continue the development of the property after the previous owner," says Jesper Warén, responsible for Swedish acquisitions within warehouse and light industry at Areim.

With the acquisition, Areim expands its warehouse and light industry portfolio to include around 50 properties with a total lettable area of almost 185,000 sqm in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg. The portfolio also contains a significant volume of unused building rights and ongoing new production.
