The deal is to be worth SEK 1 billion and the entry has taken place in December 2022. The portfolio is to include properties in both Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region, according to Dagens Logistik.

The site reports that at least five Swedish properties are included in the deal. It will be fully leased warehouses with a total area of 170,000 square meters located in Eskilstuna, Arlandastad, Helsingborg and Landskrona.
