Savills was the advisor to Slussgården.
The Avaus lease is on approximately 600 square meters. Currently, approximately 2,400 square meters of vacant space remains in the property with the possibility of access this year, as well as a further approximately 1,500 square meters in a new building that is being erected on Tjärhovsgatan with occupancy in 2024.
"Since the launch of Sofiahusen, we have had very good activity from stakeholders and it is clear that Slussgården's high level of ambition for this project has yielded results. An environmental approach with solar panels and wooden frames as well as generous ceiling height and well-sized terraces is just right for the times, and it's fun to see that companies invest in really nice surfaces to attract their employees back to the offices," says Jessica Gräsberg, Head of Agency at Savills.
"We are very happy to be able to welcome Avaus to Slussgården and Sofiahusen, we could not have gotten a better tenant as the first new rental in the project," says Peter Brask, Slussgården.
"We are incredibly excited to move into the fresh premises in Sofiahusen at Slussgården, which are perfect for our growing needs, and are really looking forward to an exciting collaboration during the project planning," says Anna Trygg, Country Manager at Avaus.
