Hoivatilat to Develop Four Public Use Properties

Finland — Hoivatilat, owned by the Belgian investor Aedifica, continues to increase its public use property portfolio in Finland by developing four properties in Espoo, Kuopio, Nokia and Sotkamo.

The total investment value of the projects amounts to €18 million. The largest project is located in the Kuurinniitty area in Espoo, comprising a children's day-care property and a care home for disabled people. The property in Espoo is due for completion in Q2/2024 and the investment value of the project is €7 million.

Hoivatilat also develops a care property for elderly people in Kuopio, and care properties for disabled people in Nokia and Sotkamo. The property in Nokia is due for completion in Q4/2023 and properties in Kuopio and Sotkamo in Q1/2024.
