Svante Bengtsson has been part of the management team at Fastator since 2016, first as CFO and since 2019 as deputy CEO. Svante Bengtsson has a bachelor's degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and, in addition to real estate expertise, also has a background from IT and energy technology companies. During his time at Fastator, he has, among other things, led the work with the listing and also the sale of Fastator's first holding company Offentliga Hus.

"Fastator has in a short time grown from an entrepreneur-led company to an established investment company. At the same time, we have been in a turbulent environment for some time now, where every investment requires more time from management and the board to take advantage of the opportunities and challenges that arise. The board has worked with Svante for many years and has great confidence that he is the right person to lead the company forward," says Björn Rosengren, Chairman of the Board of Fastator.

"I look forward to continuing to grow Fastator together with the board and management for continued growth, increased profitability and in the long term to be able to further diversify our investments," says Svante Bengtsson, newly appointed CEO of Fastator.

Fastator's current CEO Knut Pousette leaves the role of CEO to become vice chairman of Företagsparken, active member of Point and chairman of Vrenen, all of whom are facing an ambitious growth journey. The business park, which focuses on industrial properties close to the city, has grown from SEK 800 million to MDR 6.5 MDR in property value in two years. During Q4, a new issue of SEK 900 million was carried out at the current valuation, and Företagsparken is thereby ready to continue the growth journey.

Företagsparken is Fastator's single largest holding, corresponding to 48 percent of the net asset value.

"My heart is in real estate and for some time I have felt a strong longing to get closer to the business itself again. As CEO at Fastator, I have contributed to capitalizing both Företagsparken and Vrenen, and now I want to be involved in investing that capital in the best way," says Knut Pousette.

"Under Knut's leadership, Fastator has been listed on Nasdaq's main list and has carried out several profitable investments and capital raisings. The largest holding company, Företagsparken, has during the same time grown from SEK 800 million to MDR 6.5 million, and it is my belief that Fastator's shareholders will benefit through further commitment from Knut. I am grateful for Knut's efforts as CEO of Fastator and look forward to sharing the results from his work with Företagsparken, Point and Vrenen," says Björn Rosengren.
