David Johansson holds a Master of Science from the Royal Institute of Technology and has a long background within project and urban development, latest as Regional Director for Fastighets AB Balder. As Aros Bostad’s COO, he will be part of the management team with responsibility for management and coordination of the operational part of the business, which embraces business development and project development, including planning and construction. In connection with this, Head of Legal, Emmy Fredenklo, and Head of Finance and Transaction, Daniel Bergström, will join the management team.
