Sweden — Doxa's nomination committee proposes before the annual general meeting on April 27 in Malmö that board member Per Ekelund be elected as the new chairman of the board.

The background is that Greg Dingizian declines re-election as chairman of the board, but he continues as a board member.

New elections are proposed by Peter Strand and Lena Grimslätt as board members. Peter Strand is CEO and founder of SLP where he will transition into a role as working chairman. Lena Grimslätt is a partner and senior project manager at JLL Capital Markets.

Re-election is proposed by board members Nina Ulvinen Nilsson and Jacob Karlsson.

Christian Lindgren has declined re-election.
