In a time of turbulent environment, the adjustment needs of both households and companies are increasing. To meet the demand, Green Storage, which is Europe's only fully digital storage chain, will therefore build a new facility on the property Stockholm Bävertanden 1 located at the intersection between Rågsvedsvägen and Huddingevägen (Rågsved). The facility is expected to open in the spring of 2024.

Advisors in the transaction were New Property, Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS, Sweden, and Peter Landgren Attorney Esquire AB.

The majority of Green Storage's shares were acquired by the global investor Nuveen back in 2021.
