The property is located in the Västra Mark business area and contains approximately 5,200 square meters of lettable area. Beijer has operated in the property for many years but will leave in the spring of 2024 for newly built premises near the Grand Samarkand shopping centre. The deal has been carried out in company form and the property was acquired on 3 April.

"Real estate in the warehouse/light industry segment is still attractive to investors. Our industry report for 2023 shows that the vacancy rate in Sweden's total industrial stock is around 2.5 percent, which is one of the driving forces behind the increasing interest in recent years. We are happy about the trust we have received from Beijer and want to take the opportunity to thank both parties for a smooth process," says Joakim Grunditz, Head of Transactions Gothenburg at Croisette Real Estate Partner.
