EPISO 6 is a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. Catella AM is a minority stakeholder in the JV (with Tristan) that acquired the asset. Catella Asset Management manages the company's portfolio.

The 14,800 sqm property was completed in 2007 and the main tenants are DSV Solutions Oy and Kuljetusliike Taipale Oy.
