Nordika has recruited Antti Venermo (Trevian) as Property Manager, Antti Jalomäki (Juhola AM) for Leasing & Property Management, and Timo Kortelainen (NIAM) as Finance Manager for the new office in Finland.

In addition to the existing portfolio, Nordika sees significant opportunities in the Finnish market in the coming years and is actively seeking new acquisitions. Our local team will contribute to increased focus on customer satisfaction, leasing, and operational management," says Robert Högström, Head of Asset Management.
