Pär Hammarberg joins Cofactor from HSB. Before his time at HSB he has held positions as CEO of Cowi Sweden and CEO of Sweco Central Eastern Europe. Pär Hammarberg has a long and solid experience from the construction and property industry in, among other things, project development, project management and control, CM projects and as a contractor. This with a focus on high growth through experience from companies such as Sweco, Cowi, Skanska and most recently as national new production manager for HSB Projektpartner with responsibility for HSB's project development across the country.

His mission and focus will be to develop the business and build an organization with established senior project developers based on the South, West and Central market areas.
